Effective October 2009, our office is now only for mail drops. For proper management of our servers, we created two data centers, one in Detroit and the second in Macomb Township for redundancy and failover.

We had not used the space at 18201 Eight W. Mile for more than two (2) days since 2008. We decided to retain our services in the computing cloud. All mail and calls are still at the 18201 W. Eight Mile Rd. offices as we still have the Dental Office as client in exchange for space.

Our cloud computing services continue to guarantee our up-time at 99.99%. Our services since 1999 continue at their extreme low prices as we exclusively design our systems through the use of Open Source applications.

We have also decided to limit our current free services to non-profits to the current (6) Detroit non-profits and churches for now (2009).

We are not also accepting new paying clients on our usual paradigm .i.e.:

• Pay only if you decide to use or accept the system (application)
• A very high request rate for our services that we are not able to cope.

Our current geographical distributed staff is overwhelmed with academic and research work that we decided to hold on to our current commitments until we can devote more time and resources for both our free non-profit services and paying services. Our paying cost is constantly below 20% of equivalent commercial services, given that 90% of our staff/volunteers are Ph.D.’s.

We will reverse our module to accommodate the cost of the T1 and energy at our two data centers
